Who I am

Hi, I’m Leslie.

I marry strategy and measurement with differentiated creative excellence, and consistently create an outsized impact in my programs and departments.

Marketing is, at its core, a story you’re telling to your customers. The strategy and mechanics of any marketing program are, of course, critically important. And, if your storytelling isn’t amazing, your program results won’t be either.

I’m known for supercharging brand and acquisition efforts with creative and storytelling excellence and a PESO approach, integrating with internal teams, and building high-performing departments. I’m also a full-funnel writer, and often build executive thought leadership programs.

This is to say that I don’t just strategize or delegate: I also roll up my sleeves and do.

I have a rich 25-year background in building teams, departments, and performance marketing programs in for B2B/B2C, consumer, start-up, and non-profit companies.

I also have a long cause marketing background with volunteer nonprofits, partners, and mission-driven corporations. I’ve been working in the climate space now for 6 years: first in sustainable finance, and then in sustainable agro-forestry and native foods.
